What is the Central Trade Registry - The Central Trade Registry is a directory of natural and artificial persons having the quality of tradesmen. It contains all the legal information, contemplated by the legislation, and enforceable against third parties.
- At the local level, the Trade Registry is held by the Court Clerks' Offices in the commercial courts, or by the court of first authority when there is no commercial court in the locality.
- At the central level, the Central Trade Registry is held by OMPIC
