OMPIC facilitates to you access to its services and improves the efficiency of your steps through the installation of on-line services which are available 24/7. OMPIC thus decentralizes the filing procedures concerning the requests for marks. Moreover, customers save time and money: the fees related to electronic filing are reduced.

Q2 : Whate are the on-line services which are available

On-line filing:
This service includes: the filing of a request for mark
- the on-line payment of related fees
- the automatic sending of the filing receipts
- on-line follow-up on requests for marks.

On-line search (free of charge):
This service offers a multicriteria search tool in the database of national and international trademarks which are protected in Morocco. The updates are made on a daily basis and are automatically made from the website of the World Intellectual Property Organization with regard to international trademarks.

E-publication:
It is an on-line subscription to the official publications of trademarks under electronic format.

Consultation of financial Information:
This service allows the user to consult on line the financial information contained in the summary financial statement filed with the Trade Registry (sales turnover, net income, added value, information from the Balance Sheet ("BL") and from the Income Statement ("CPC"). Financial information is posted directly starting from OMPIC's database.

Copy of the financial statements:
This service allows the user to order financial statements which have been filed with OMPIC. Two types of documents are offered:
Partial document: This document is made up of the Balance Sheet (Assets/liabilities), of the Income Statement (CPC), and of the Statement of Management Balances (ESG).
Complete document: It is about the full financial statement as its has been filed.

Request for a Negative Certificate:
This service allows for an on-line request for negative certificates which are necessary for the registration of companies in the Trade Registry.

Q3 : How to subscribe to the on-line services

The subscription is made with the Maroc Télécommerce e-payment company by filling out a subscription contract which specifies the general terms and conditions of of subscription to on-line services, as well as a certain number of pieces of information on the subscriber.

Q4 : How to file on-line

OMPIC places at the disposal of its customers some filing guides which are available on-line and which explain how to fill the forms.
