OMPIC's quality policy In order to improve its operation and the services offered to the general public, OMPIC and all its staff have embarked in a quality process which will lead soon to ISO 9001certification (version 2000). The challenge is serious: to provide to the economic operators the best industrial property tools, in order to engage the Moroccan economy in the way of modernity and competitiveness. The quality process consists in converting the general objectives into operational processes, identifying as precisely as possible the chain of actions and responsibility which leads to the realization of each mission, and describing this chain under the form of procedures, so as to avoid dysfunctions and to improve performances. The Quality Manual, a compilation of all the above-mentioned procedures, is consultable by all the OMPIC staff, and constitutes a reference in the event of a problem. Regular audits make it possible to identify the points to be improved and to adjust the procedures to the evolution of the final missions. At OMPIC, the quality policy, defined and supported by the Top Management of OMPIC, is based on 3 objectives: - To meet the customers, requirements and to anticipate their expectations.
- To develop and satisfy human resources, through a greater involvement in the objectives of the Office.
- To improve the performances and the results by capitalizing on the experiments and by optimizing the processes.
At OMPIC, the quality process is undertaken in order to better serve you |
