Organization of a national seminar on Intellectual Property in Casablanca.
Nov. 21 and 22 2007, Casablanca: ? OMPIC organizes, in collaboration with the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the Foreign Trade Ministry , a national seminar on Intellectual Property. The subjects addressed will be: principal aspects of the implementation of the TRIPS agreements (Trade-Related aspects of Intellectual Property Rights), in particular with regard to public health; the relationship between TRIPS and the Convention on Biodiversity; and the protection of geographical indications.
