year OMPIC publishes his annual report, which contains:

• the complete statistics concerning the Central Trade Registry and Industrial Property Rights
• the accounting balance sheet of the fiscal year.
• OMPIC's promotion, information and cooperation activities.
• Information relating to the human resources management, the organization and the internal functioning of the agency.

Focus on the promotion of innovation

• For the second year in a row, OMPIC organized a contest called "The Top 50 Trademark Filing Companies". The trophies were awarded during a ceremony, which was a consecration for the Moroccan phone operator Maroc Telecom as the largest national filing company, and Promopharm as the largest international filing company.
• OMPIC belongs to the Moroccan Network for Incubators and Spin-Offs (RMIE), ( Réseau Maroc Incubation et Essaimage (RMIE), network which accompanies and supports the projects of creation of innovating and creative start-up companies. OMPIC encourages innovative entrepreneurs to file patents and gives them access to technical information via technological intelligence. In addition it gives them a training entitled ; Industrial Property and patents.
• OMPIC proposes the Prediagnosis service which helps companies to choose their industrial property strategy in order to be competitive vis-à-vis the competition
• OMPIC is a partner of the Technological Dissemination Network ("Réseau de Diffusion Technologique", RDT). It is also involved in the financial management of the fund allocated to the Technological Services for Networks (PTR), a financial assistance put at the disposal of industrial companies, aiming at promoting innovation and competitiveness.
