• Whenever you want: the service is available 24/7.
• After identification, you have access to the on-line form which you fill in and which will be validated by the system.
• You may also pay your fees on line, thanks to the partnership between OMPIC and the Maroc Télécommerce e-payment company; you benefit from a 10% discount on the registration fees.
• OMPIC sends back to you an electronic receipt. Your trademark is protected as of the registration by the system.

Twice a month, the new requests for registration of trademarks are published by OMPIC in "La Gazette des Marques"..

• You check that the new trade trademarks do not infringe yours, and, if necessary, you start a procedure of opposition. You thus avoid potential conflicts by dealing with these problems upstream .
• In addition, you make savings: the price of the subscription is lower by 65% to that of the hard paper publication and by 30% compared to the version on CD.

You have access to the national and international databases

• You carry out a search for prior patent registrations or applications before filing your new trademark. Thanks to multi-criteria search engines, you may easily seek information in the database of trademarks protected in Morocco.
• You have access to the international databases, put on line and daily updated by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
